Bio

Aditya Gautam is a seasoned AI practitioner and leader specializing in multimodal LLMs, multi-agent systems, and scalable architectures for recommendation systems. At Meta, he led Generative AI initiatives for Reels within complex domains like user interest exploration and policy understanding, architecting and training complex multimodal models and developing agentic solutions for adversarial video challenges. His work spanned end-to-end pre- and post-training workflows along with designing multi-agent solutions with optimizing engineering pipelines for large-scale production deployment. Prior to Meta, Aditya spent over three years at Google building large-scale computer vision and content understanding systems.
